Can u play World Of Warcraft with anAMD Turion II X2 M500 2.2GHz processor and ati radeon 4100 graphics?

Here is the laptop my son is wanting to buy to play World of Warcraft on.
Toshiba Satellite L505D-S5992 Notebook PC – AMD Turion II X2 M500 2.2GHz, 4GB DDR2, 320GB HDD, DVDRW, 15.6 TFT, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Should be playable, maybe not max settings, but smoothly enough.
