World of Warcraft can translate languages?

How would I be able to translate languages such as Horde or Alliance Horde Alliance every time I ask this question in forms that say 'WOW' to secure the prohibition and can not do it, but do not know what I think it speaks for a mod that alsome

Would create a plugin that I did not know of course, but also wanted. And they're right, Blizzard would complement not accept and would probably be banned. There are few places trying to provide a translation. I have not checked in time to see if they are always current.
