Build a PC game World of Warcraft, any advice?

I wanted to create a PC game because all the new orders my system grinds a Hault. The game I play now I prefer better preformance is in World of Warcraft. I want a wall, the parameters of this and still get a good speed frames and the delay and connection problems recently. Any hints beyond a longer stay of two in a video card? What's specifications NIC? What else can I help my game? The more detailed the information the better. PS I probably will take a copy of Unreal Tournament III once I have the system for him, so we're going for two.
